Hey Brian,

Will you discuss the mindset for direct mailings. I have sent out every 2 weeks for one month your renters post card from the “Gold System” with my call capture number on it and I haven’t had one call yet. I live in a small market area and have been mailing to 400 units.

brian, can you comment on the state of the economy and what your prediction is of the market? just this week, ABC/HLB (my lender of choice for “A” paper closed) their doors. Other wholesale reps have had their incomes drop in half this year now that programs are no longer available. It is getting tougher to place some of the harder deals. Please comment. I look forward to your feedback.

Yours is “The voice of reason in a world gone mad.” Further to the other Brian’s question, with guidelines changing sometimes twice in one day and even Countrywide contemplating BK protection, any advice and how to stay afloat until our industry eases up on it’s hardline tactics sometime in 2008 (hopefully)? I’m just about out of ther mortgage biz if the nonsense doesn’t stop soon (brokers stealing from me & my clients, broken promises, etc).
