Hi Brian, I heard about you from from my business partner. We came into the industry in 2002. The mortgage enviromnent was full of Lead Takers, Over-the-Shoulder-Looker-Overs (Loan Officers) and Brokers not wanting to teach the competition. My partner and I sought training elsewhere: Mortgage University, Tim Braheem, Greg Frost, and of course Brian Sacks - the list goes on. We were looking for the best in each niche to find the path to success. We learned how to market in any market; bull or bear, now that we are out on our own we do not want to force our employees to seek advice outside the office.
I feel we should provide an environment for education, growth, and support for our top performers without a ceiling.
Maybe you could take a Mortgage Marketing Minute to address the topic of eliminating the competition with your employees.
