Brian.. I like this idea and it would make my life easier but does this mean that we should be taking apps over the phone during the DAY… when people may be at work (and cannot really talk from their offices)?
Your are absolutely right. You need to be a specialist and clients need to know you are not as accessible as others. You stand above others.
