Could you be more specific without giving the store away? Marketing? Do you mean creating new ideas or what?

Great advice Brian,

I market myself about once a week. Well I’m deal-less right now so obviously that’s not working. I will try this strategy.

Great comments about time & business management. I need to focus on marketing my business EVERY day and shelve everything else during that 1 hour.

Great advise for everyone. This should be part of your business plan anyway. EVERYONE needs a business plan for short, mid, and long term goals.

Brian,

Even when you know what you have to do it is great to get a reminder on it, thank you.

It’s all about the basics and being reminded. Pro athletes still need coaches and need to be reminded all the time about fundamentals. Same in our biz. Thanks Brian.

I never used to wake up till 8-9am… when the kids were gone, it was “safe” to get up. NOW I get up earlier, and get all the BS out of the way. Nice to see the kids too!

Thank you for your Mortgage Marketing Minute! Even in my Real Estate business, your advice is just as important if not critical to business survival. It’s easy to get carried away with routines and our business independence. Taking the time… even if it’s just an hour… to concentrate on the building blocks of our success is the best habit to have!

Thank you!

True, know your natural bio rythms and use them to your advantage. Also, it is better to work in uninterrupted intense spurts in 2 to 5 hour blocks than to work casually for 8 to 10 hours.
