I wish you Godspeed in your recovery. I can empathize as I have been there. All the systems you mention are critical for success if you are well as well as sick.
What are your thoughts about originators having other financial related multiple trams of income in addition to mortgages, ie debt elimination, insurance etc?

Hello Brian, Great video! I would like to know if you could talk about the best way to build a mortgage business in future video’s? I have the marketing that i can turn up (thanks to your advice) but want to grow my company to handle more clients. I want to build a business that can run with out me. I am a very successful originator and have marketing in place to generate deals too.

I can provide the fish in a barrel i just need a team to shoot them and pull them out.

Any help would be great as i don’t want to have my income depend on me originating. I want to train and market and let my team close the deals.
